Stephanie is a certified group fitness instructor who has been specializing in TFX and Pilates classes for the past 5 years. She has a deep understanding of the human body and has helped countless clients achieve their fitness goals through her expert guidance and personalized training programs. As a group fitness instructor, Stephanie is known for her infectious energy and ability to motivate her clients to push themselves to their limits. She is passionate about promoting a healthy and active lifestyle and works tirelessly to ensure that her clients are getting the most out of their workouts.
Brittany Sheridan is a professional dancer, group fitness instructor, and personal trainer. She discovered her passion for cross training while studying at the University of the Arts in 2019. During her performing career, she experienced the incredible benefits of Pilates, TRX, and weight lifting on her body. In 2017, she embarked on her group fitness journey and obtained her Pilates Reformer and TRX certifications in 2018. In response to the pandemic, Brittany recognized the need for one-on-one training and worked diligently to obtain her Personal Training Certification through the National Academy of Sports Medicine in June 2022. She subsequently expanded her knowledge by becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach and, more recently, a Weight Loss Specialist. Over her five-year tenure as a group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Brittany has worked with numerous pre-professional and D1 athletes, helping them achieve their peak performance.

But we’re not just about the physical. At Plank Fitness, we believe in nurturing the mind as well. That’s why we offer a range of mindfulness and meditation classes to help you de-stress and unwind. We also offer nutrition counseling to help you fuel your body with the right foods.
